Shahid Kapoor's impending marriage with Delhi girl Mira Rajput is the talk of the town. Reportedly, the couple will tie the knot on July 7. This will be followed by a grand reception at a five star hotel in Mumbai on July 12, reports Mid-day.com. The report quoted a source saying that there will be mehendi and sangeet ceremony on July 6, and it will be an intimate affair. Further to the report, the guests will be put up at Hotel Trident in Gurgaon. It is said that a reception will be held at the Palladium Hotel in Lower Parel, the report concluded.

Supriya is currently overseeing the preparations for Shahid's big day. Also present will be Neelima Azim's ex-husband, Rajesh Khattar and his current wife, Vandana Sajnani, who is reportedly keen to be a part of the wedding festivities. A source has been quoted in the report as saying that Vandana has said that Rajesh and she think of Shahid as a son because Rajesh helped raise him when he was younger.
